Greetings from EducationUSA – U.S. Embassy Hanoi!

 We would like to inform you of our upcoming Pre-departure Orientation for students traveling to the United States in the summer and fall of 2026.

 The program is free and designed to help students to become well prepared before leaving their home country. Consular Officers, Fulbright Teaching Assistants and Students, experts in international education, financial services agencies, and U.S. airlines representatives will share information about travel considerations, academic, cultural, financial, and practical aspects of student life on a U.S campus.  This event will also serve as a networking opportunity for students going to the United States.

 Program flyer and agenda is attached for your reference. Please kindly forward this information to your Vietnamese students who are departing for their academic programs in the United States to attend.
