Greetings from The University of Hong Kong ("HKU”)! We hope you are doing well, and that you have freshened up from a very nice summer holiday!

We are so excited to let you know that we are now gearing up for the 2024 admissions cycle and our Non-JUPAS application system will be opening on 20 September (HKT). Students with international qualifications can apply to HKU via the online application system, and we will be accepting applications on a rolling basis until August 2024. To be considered for our first-round evaluation, please make sure students submit their applications by 15 November 2023 at noon (HKT). As we are about to kick-start the new admission cycle, here’s an update on our support to you and your students at Hong Kong Baptist University:

Early Round, Early Decision

Our Early Round Application will start early on 27 Sep and close by 10 Nov 2023. Competitive applications submitted in this round will be reviewed altogether. Successful ones will receive admission offers (with/without merit-based scholarship) by end of Dec 2023.

We hope that the Vietnamese students who visited this time will become future international students of Osaka University, international joint research partners, or future leaders of the Sakura Science Exchange Program, and that they will become new bridges of exchange between Japan and Vietnam in the future.
